Quick iceberg lettuce

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole iceberg lettuce
  • 150 ml lemon juice
  • 50 ml apple vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

Directions:

  1. With a sharp knife, carve the bottom of the iceberg lettuce to remove the stem.
  2. Cut the lettuce in half.
  3. Dice each half by drawing crossing lines to obtain square parts.
  4. Repeat with the other half.
  5. Wash all parts and strain them.
  6. Combine the lettuce with the lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil in a bowl.
  7. Salt to taste and mix very well.
